Recorded as a hard copy this book, I have been lucky to profit by the remarks and contemplations of numerous individuals. I owe an obligation of appreciation to those

professionals, EU or national authorities who consented to be met regardless of at times caught up with working calendars and who readily shared perspectives

what’s more, musings on protections guideline. I might particualarly want to thank

David Wright who has shown me an interminable sum the EU and

how it functions, and Hubert Grignon Dumoulin for his knowledge on monetary

markets and his priceless remarks on different draft sections.

In the scholastic world, I am obliged to Stephen Weatherill, my previous
