BEFORE WE TALK ABOUT WHO CONTROLS THE WORLD, WE FIRST need to see how the world was made. The vast majority would concur that our universe was made by something, either a heavenly being, for example, God, Vishnu, Yahweh, Allah, the Great Spirit, the One or—as atheists might accept—by an unplanned intermingling of general subatomic energy. It is after this agreement that the difficulty starts.
