Description

The writing of the eighteenth century is suffused with wrongdoing,

however, handles in a completely extraordinary path from that of the

nineteenth and twentieth. Looking back over those hundreds of years, it is

anything but difficult to follow this distinction to the penal realities of the

time: the nonappearance of any dependable arrangement of policing, or of

the discovery of hoodlums on any normal premise.
