Description

The House of Lords held that a police officer who claimed that the respondent official had been careless in neglecting to forestall her exploitation by individual officials had a doubtful case in Waters v Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis (2000). The inquirer had grumbled to her boss of a rape by an individual official. A short time later, her individual officials criticized her for having submitted the question. The open strategy invulnerability didn’t have any significant bearing. The inquirer was not suing as an individual from the general population.
