Getting More

This is a hopeful book, expected to improve your life. It begins with the

rule that you can get more. Regardless of what your identity is, regardless of what your

character, you can figure out how to be a superior arbitrator. You can get more.

In the twenty or more years I have been educating, I have had the substantial

experience of watching individuals become better arbitrators before my eyes. They

turned out to be more mindful of themselves and especially others in their mission to get

more in their carries on with through exchange.

A great deal of the instruments that they learn in my group and use in their lives challenge

the tried and true way of thinking. Many appear to be illogical from the outset. However, the achievement of

my understudies’ everyday encounters, and their self-awareness, are the markers

of another perspective on collaborations. The Getting More cycle

introduced in this book rethinks the arrangement hypothesis: disentangling it, killing

the language, and giving a more viable, sensible, and successful method of managing

with others.
