Book Name: LAW 243 CONSTITUTIONAL
Writer: Professor Justus A. Sokeun
Description
A constitution implies a report having an exceptional lawful sacredness which sets out the structure and the chief elements of the organs of government inside the state, and pronounces the standards by which those organs must work. In nations in which the constitution has superseding legitimate power, there is frequently a protected court that applies and deciphers the content of the constitution in contested cases. Such a court is the Supreme Court in Nigeria, the Supreme Court in the USA, or the Federal Constitutional Court in South Africa. In any case, the United Kingdom of Great Britain has no constitution. There is no single record from which is inferred the authority of the primary organs of government, for example, the Crown, the bureau, parliament, and the official courtrooms. No single report sets out the relationship of the essential organs of government one with another or with the individuals.
