The control of history has gone through extensive investigation in the second 50% of this century, mostly because of the New Historians in France and their philo­sophical partners. Specifically, the ascent and death of structuralist procedures during the 1950s and 1960s scrutinized the center pre­suppositions of customary historiography and appeared to deliver the last by one way or another curious, if not completely misinformed.
