“Not a super-lowlife, he says. Hear him out: mister large stuff. All things considered, smartypants, in case you’re not a super-scoundrel, what was that wreck on the TV the previous evening at that point?”

A table attendant topped off their water, and Hershie took a long taste, looking ahead into the center separation. Of late, he’d taken to abstaining from seeing his mom: her infra-red mark resembled a runway for a coronary, and she wouldn’t let him take her to one of the bugout centers for nanosurgery.
