Anthony Boucher (conceived William Anthony Parker White) (August 21, 1911 April 29, 1968) was an American sci-fi supervisor and creator of secret books and short stories. He was especially persuasive as a manager. Somewhere in the range of 1942 and 1947 he went about as commentator of generally secret fiction for the San Francisco Chronicle.
