The principle parts of this book got from my doctoral postulation at the
Organization for International Studies University of Technology, Sydney,
in light of my field research in Jombang, an area of East Java region,
Indonesia in 2003 and 2004. In such manner, I might want to thank
AusAid for the grant during my investigation in Sydney that likewise secured
the money related help for the field research. I additionally might want to expand
my gratitude to the [acting] AusAid Liaison officials at UTS: Kaye
