With Volume II, EWIC dispatches the first of four volumes committed to considerable subjects of relevance to ladies and Islamic societies all around. These four volumes, Volumes II–V (Volume VI is the aggregate file), are bizarre in that each vol-ume is topically sorted out. Inside every volume, we keep up the customary in sequential order posting of sections. Volume II unites more than 360 passages on ladies, family, law, governmental issues, and Islamic cultures around the globe. The Editors requested sections on these themes in relation to one another on account of the verifiable and contemporary between the weaving of these issues in Islamic societies. Family is consistently a subject of law and governmental issues in any state-level society. States are constantly put resources into what is characterized as a family and in the guideline of the activities of families as collectivities and of the people tucked away inside families.
