We recommend that you choose one of these affirmations that speaks to a goal or need you’re experiencing right now, and make that your daily meditation. Spend ten minutes every morning saying it aloud and visualizing it as if it were already completed. See yourself in your mind’s eye—living as if you’ve already met that goal. Summon the emotions you’d be feeling—the joyfulness, excitement, sense of security, or confidence.
